Sonya has done voice-over work, written for radio, and even has her own weekly radio segment for Cumulus Media. Sonya won the Carnival Cruise Competition which led to a great deal of work for various cruise lines. She appeared on Good Morning America on ABC, but really stirred things up with her appearance on ABC's The View with Barbara Walters and Joy Behar. That led to an appearance with Joy at famed Caroline's Comedy Club in New York City.
